Our Mission

At LYF Yoga, our mission is to provide a safe, welcoming and inclusive space for individuals to explore the physical and mental benefits of yoga. We believe that yoga is for every body and strive to create a supportive community for all of our students.

At LYF Yoga we encourage every individual to nurture their own unique flow, fostering a holistic sense of well-being.

Our Instructor

Karen is a compassionate and dedicated yoga instructor. She has lived in Landsborough for nearly 10 years and has worked hard to provide yoga classes for mind and body.

Karen empowers her students to prioritise their well-being, and encourages them to take the time and space they need to reconnect with their authentic selves.
