With a passion for making her yoga classes accessible to everyone, Karen's teaching is rooted in mindfulness, self-acceptance, and body positivity.
Karen is a 200-hour certified yoga and mindfulness teacher, trained in a variety of specialised practices that bring a holistic approach to her classes. She holds certifications in Mindfulness-Based Yin Yoga, Mindfulness Levels 1 and 2, and Long, Slow Deep Yoga, as well as a deep understanding of Functional Anatomy & Physiology. Her expertise also extends to Yin Yoga Foundations, Acu-Yin Foundations, and Mindfulness-Based Core Yoga. These qualifications ensure that each session is grounded in a deep understanding of the body, mind, and spirit, and tailored to the unique needs of each student.
Karen's approach to yoga is gentle yet powerful, encouraging each person to listen to their own body, tune into their breath, and practice with intention. Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, Karen’s classes are designed to meet you where you are, offering a supportive and inclusive space for growth.
